Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- In its original packaging

- Free from damage, stains, wear, or signs of use
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.
We also do not accept returns for:

- Items not in their original condition
- Gift cards or final sale items, if applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
